Presented by the Fiesta of Five Flags, the 25th Annual Pensacola Crawfish Creole Fiesta will be held in Historic Bartram Park - located on beautiful Pensacola Bay in downtown Pensacola.

The Pensacola Crawfish Festival celebrates the Cajun influence in the Northwest Florida community. The event is one of the largest crawfish boils in state.

The Fiesta of Five Flags is sponsoring a design contest to select the official poster for this unique community event. The winning artist will receive a cash award of $250. All creative artists – professional, amateur and student – are encouraged to submit their designs. Go to www.fiestaoffiveflags.org for offical entry form and guidelines.

Listen to swamp pop, Cajun and zydeco live music while you feast on some delicious, perfectly cooked crawfish, Cajun and Creole food, or traditional festival fare. The food vendors at past festivals have served boiled shrimp, fried gator, crawfish pie, red beans and rice, Cajun sausage po boys and much more.

During daylight hours on Saturday and Sunday, children are also able to join in the fun at our Family Area. Crafts and games are offered, as well as the “NASCRAW” crawfish races. You have got to see it to believe it!

A new tradition at the festival is the Crawfish Eating Contest. Contestants compete for a daily grand prize, and it is harder than it looks to eat your way to victory. All participants must register.
